• You are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
• Booking cancellations and refunds are subject to the cancellation policies of the respective service providers, which will be communicated at the time of booking. Saudi Gateway will also have its own cancellation policy.
• All prices are subject to change without prior notice, until a booking is confirmed.

• You are responsible for ensuring that you have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required health certificates.
• Saudi Gateway is not responsible for any issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate travel documentation.
• Visa requirements can change, it is the sole responsibility of the traveler to verify and acquire the correct visa.

• Saudi Gateway acts as a facilitator and is not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party service providers.
• We are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
  • Natural disasters.

  • Flight delays or cancellations.
  • Health related issues.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information provided by third-party service providers.
• Our website is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.
• Saudi Gateway is not responsible for personal belongings, and strongly recommends travelers to obtain travel insurance.
